Below are many of the races that will be found around the region of the lands. If you find that there is no race on here that you think should be, PM a staff member and they will place it for all to use when needed.

Humans;

The most common race of the world. Humans are the higher archy of existence, though their numbers are dwindling due to the current wars that have foretold. The humans are also the most able to have the most skills to choose from, from Warriors to workers of all kinds. Though often picked on, humans have greater strength in power than anything, as one may imagine. There are many mortals, though, who often search for greed rather than the greater good of everyone else besides them selves. Humans, are known to live only to about fifty or sixty, a few lucky enough to live past that if haven’t already died due to illness or battles from across the country. Skin colors are different shades, though never go outside the color spectrum when it comes to black and white, and some tanned colors in between. Eye color goes a longer way, though stops mid point from even the colors of red and yellow.

Due to the thought of humans being weak, many are used as slaves, a few having been taken away from their families at a young age and tought to work under ownership of many other races, truth be told. Humans are slowly making a come-back, though.

Goblin;

Large and ugly they may be, brute warriors they are known. Often slouching over with big, protruding jaws, Goblins never get over five and a half feet, even when standing, unless of an Elite or the Goblin King him self you are. Different shades of green their skin colors produce, often leading with the darker shades of green. Their clothing often consist of plated armor that doesn’t cover all of their skin, mostly their arms and their knees below. This is because most all Goblins work for the Goblin King, their brute nature working in for this. There are only a few who are not known to do so, though it is very rare to see them out of their land.

Due to their spiteful nature, they are often thought of as heartless and soulless, and Goblins often attack without any reason if they see someone of not their own kind. Though the main reason would be trespassing of their land, which seems formidable. Goblins are the rivals of the humans and demons for many centuries, as the story goes.

Gnomes;

Fairly sized creatures of the almost loony variety, Gnomes are almost lively creatures, keepers of the forests and foolers of the pranks. They stand no more than five foot seven inches, even the males. Normally they come in only of few shades of skins, from moon white to oak brown, though they may come in different colors in happening of what year they were born. Gnomes are adventurous creatures, and one of the bravest, seeing as how they love to play pranks on even the most dangerous of enemies. Many of these creatures, however, are very reliable, weather due to old age or their grand knowledge. Or perhaps they have just learned enough from their travels to know when to control them selves. Gnomes can live up to two hundred years.

Demons;

A newer breed just recently found, Demons are often mistaken for human, goblin, and gnome half-breeds, often because their skins have adapted to the light color of a humans and the the scaly, rough version of a goblins, as well as the pointed ears and cleverness of a gnome. This is often the wrong idea, though, for demons are a total race of their own. Skin colors ranging from white to red, demons can stand up to six feet tall, with slender bodies and eye colors ranging from red to violet. Their hair consists that of a white to a black, if they have hair what so ever. Fanged teeth like a vampire, demons are freaky creatures that you do not often want to mess with. A demon's life span is often up to three hundred years old.

Demons are known to be very greedy, and often cannot work together unless for specific reasons. Many live in group families, due to their lack of sense in wanting to try and work for them selves, though many can't even work together then.

Imps;

You can never blame someone else for your wallet or your valuables going missing, for more often than not it was the doing for an Imp. Coming in a variety of colors, Imps often resemble that of the devil; from horns to wings to a tail lashing out, Imps are mean little creatures once you first spot them. Many say they are cowards, though; once you fight them back from what ever they have been doing, they will unmistakably try to escape, from suddenly disappearing in a cloud of smoke to scattering away while they still can. They are very cleaver, how ever, and are often the ones who team up with Gnomes when in need of ideas. Imps often stand no more than four feet tall.

Faries;

Mystical little creatures, and sometimes one of the smallest, Faries are one of the few races whom are lead by only a queen. They are often hard to find, and one of the rarest creatures in the land. Their hair color consists of many different shades of colors, matching that with their skin and eye colors as well. This may be because they are one of the few beings in the world who can control a great deal of magic. They can live to be over five hundred, though no one has currently proven this. Faries are often sweet, and help any traveler - good or bad - weather they be lost, injured, or just in need of a place to stay. There are many cold-hearted people who want to catch these sweet beings, however, in order to gain some of the greatest magic alive.

Elves;

Elves are known as one of the most noble and elegant of all living creatures. They have pointed ears and elegant features, females with long flowing hair and males with broad features. Elves are known to be fairly peaceful and calm creatures, however when faced with a thread, will proceed to protect their own with magical forces. It is often the females that can wield magic the greatest; the males are skilled in armory and swordsmanship. Needless to say either gender can do well at both. Although Elves are now known to choose a side in a war unless it's one that they have to fight, they are known as great allies and very trustworthy. It would take death to spill their secrets. Elves can be very sly, seeing as how lithe they are.

Vampires;

Often known as blood suckers, vampires are often creatures of the night; however there are a lucky few who are able to run during the day. They often seem like normal human beings, however with paler skin and protruding canine teeth with special powers in order to poison victims and suck their blood. Unless they are nail biters or clip their nails regularly, their nails are sharp and can be used for scratching people. They never stand past six feet in height, with a variety of hair colors. Their clothing is mostly unknown; they often wear what suits them rather than the stories of capes and such that you may hear about them.

Angels;

Although rarely found, Angels are beutiful and mythical creatures; they are known around the world as something to be looked upon as something almost next to god. [Almost.] They have strange powers, often able to use any sort of magic they want. [Although to an extent.] They often have a vast knowlage of the world, although often stick to a certain subject when wanted. They are often humanoid; they look like humans with wings, although what kinds of clothing they wear depends on them. They also have different ranks within their soceity as well; it's almost like the mortals, if you think about. Angels are known to live for however long they want, however choose no longer than 500. Regular angels have only two wings.

Arch Angels;

Arch angels are the highest rank in angel society; they have usually eight wings, four on each side. They have a great amount of power, almost too much to handle sometimes. A lot of Arch Angels may think highly of them selves, although due to an angel's caring nature, they are still helpful to others around them and always weild their magic for the better.

Fallen Angels;

Fallen angels are usually the ones that have done something bad; weather breeding with a mortal - which is usually forbidden under certain circimstances - to using their magic wrongly, starting wars, greed, killing, etc. Fallen angels look like demons them selves; their feathers have been torn unholingly from their wings, the remaining feathers blackend. Many fallen angels turn to black magic instead of the normal magic, and many turn hatred and killing to get rid of their pain. Many try to get people to do their bidding, seeing as how Fallen Angels are much weaker than their other halves.

Half-Breeds;

Half-breeds usually have two parents of different speices that are compatable; they also receive traits from both of the parents as well, although the traits given are differed from person to person; there may be two demon/human half-breeds, but one may recieve a tail and one may not. Not many half-breeds are out there, if any; the ones that are out there, were mostly one-night stands, the rest actual marriages. Therefore, good luck finding one; it'll take a while.

Shape-Shifters;

An entirely new species found. Shape shifters, in a sense, have no true form; if they do, they've never shown them to anyone. Shape Shifters are primarily rare, because in order for them to breed, they normally turn into a distinct race and mate with them; however, the offspring is that of the other parent, not a half-breed. To get a pure shape-shifter, one must breed two-shape shifters together in order to get one. Usually no other race will breed with a Shape-Shifter if they can call one out; many see it as "impure." No one knows where Shape-Shifters come from, really; many profits guess that they were merely hiding among everyone until just recently.

As well as shape shifting into other races, many Shape Shifters have the ability to shift into animals as well; although it is known that they have had to have a great deal of practice to transform into even a little mouse, which often comes with old age. Many skilled shaftshifters whom have had great deals of training and even have mastered magic can turn into things such as plants and very large animals, and even other people and take their identity. You have to either be born into such, or have had years of experience.

Shape-Shifters have no real form, therefore they simply choose one race they like, and choose their own features as they want.
